Thời đại khai sáng giúp gì cho chúng ta hôm nay?

Có một anh bạn trẻ, thấy tôi viết mấy bài về thời đại khai sáng, đã thân tình nêu thắc mắc rằng, thời đại đó đã trôi qua 300 năm, vậy thì việc tìm hiểu có ích lợi gì cho đời sống trong thế kỷ 21?Thật là một câu hỏi cực kỳ lý thú tôi chờ đã lâu! Khi các giòng tư tưởng của nền triết học tư sản phương Tây vẫn còn là nội dung cấm kỵ trong chương trình giáo dục trung học và đại học ở Việt Nam, chắc hẳn có rất nhiều bạn trẻ nghĩ như trên, nhưng chưa tiện nói ra. Nhưng sẽ vô cùng lý thú, khi các bạn tìm thấy câu trả lời theo phong thái trưởng thành mà triết gia khai sáng Immanuel Kant đề nghị: đi tìm sự thật mà không cần ai sắp đặt giùm, cũng không cần ai áp đặt hướng đi. Vì thế, bài tiểu luận sau đây không có tham vọng trả lời câu hỏi ở trên, mà chỉ mong làm một xung lực kích thích tính tò mò đến người đọc. Sau này, khi tư tưởng tư sản phương Tây không còn là chủ đề cấm kỵ trong guồng máy xuất bản ở Việt Nam, chúng tôi sẽ hoàn tất bộ sách về trào lưu khai sáng với đầy đủ tài liệu để các bạn nghiên cứu thêm.
Corona pandemics: What is really going on in Vietnam?

In the current corona situation, especially in the western countries, the Vietnam phenomenon is submerged. The low number of people with Sars-CoV-2 who are tested positive in Vietnam and no deaths from COVID-19 do taken scientists around the world aback, they can hardly believe these numbers. In the fight against COVID-19, Vietnam mainly pursues a policy with strict personal control, individual isolation and quarantine measures with selective implementation of the Sars-CoV-2 tests. Bearing in mind the high number of unreported and symptom-free people, these measures can certainly not be the only explanation that the spread of COVID-19 could and can be effectively controlled. Indeed, it has to be emphasized that a high mortality rate did not occur in Vietnam compared to Europe and USA. In this regard, we have had a conversation with Prof. Nguyen from the Pham Ngoc Thach University HCMC and did find highly interesting new aspects in the field that we would like to share with you. The interview is reproduced below.

In der gegenwärtigen Corona-Situation besonders in den westlichen Ländern taucht das Vietnam-Phänomen unter. Die niedrige Zahl der mit Sars-CoV-2 positiv getesteten Menschen in Vietnam und keine Todesfälle bei COVID-19 machen Wissenschaftler auf der ganzen Welt stutzig, sie können diese Zahlen kaum glauben. Vietnam verfolgt im Kampf gegen COVID-19 hauptsächlich eine Politik mit strenger Personenkontrolle und entsprechenden einzelnen Isolations- und Quarantäne-Maßnahmen bei selektiver Durchführung der Sars-CoV-2-Tests. Diese Maßnahmen können angesichts der hohen Dunkelziffer symptomfreier, aber infizierter Menschen sicherlich nicht die alleinige Erklärung dafür sein, dass man die Ausbreitung von COVID-19 damit wirksam unter Kontrolle bringen konnte und kann. In der Tat muss man betonen, dass in Vietnam ein Massensterben wie in Europa und USA nicht stattgefunden hat. Diesbezüglich haben wir ein Gespräch mit Prof. Nguyen von der PNTU HCMC geführt und fanden dabei hoch interessante neue Aspekte, die wir Ihnen nicht vorenthalten wollen. Im Folgenden ist das Interview mit ihm wiedergegeben.
